Teen Fitness The focus in Sutherland's fitness class is on you – we will talk about your healthy exercise routine and how to make it even better. Our goal is to promote a fun positive body image and healthy workout habits!

A Model's Guide to Health and Nutrition Most teens mean to eat properly, but it doesn't always work out that way! Busy lifestyles mean busy schedules – and less family mealtimes! Eating right will give you additional energy and better health. Learn how to benefit from a balanced diet, keeping healthy and fit, while enjoying what you eat.

Fashion Knowledge and Cool Shopping There are so many trends and fashion fads, how do you tell what's cool and what's classic? Learn how to put your look together from our modeling coaches.

Parents note: Students are not expected to buy any new outfits for class - we will work on their existing wardrobe to maximize its potential.

Photoshoot Here's your chance to see what it's like to be on a real photography set! Lights, camera, action – and you are the star! You will have the opportunity to model with a professional photographer! This is a fun-filled day, ending in an opportunity to get some beautiful photos for yourself or your family and friends! If modeling is your destiny these photos may be the first step to achieve that dream.

Model Skin Care At a time when you are bombarded with products and promises, it is important to learn the best skin care techniques for our individual skin type. Topics include cleansing, problem skin and solutions, and how to protect your skin from the environment.

Make up for Teens Want to get that model look? From day make up to evening, from photoshoot to runway… everyone has a unique look to enhance. Classes are taught by top make-up artists - this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from the best!

Hair Styling How many ways can you style your hair? This class will give you a chance to find out! Work with what you've got to create cute new looks, while working with texture and accessorizing

Posture and Runway modeling "Stand up straight, don't hunch over!" Sound familiar? Sutherland coaches will help you achieve that confident look! Professional models will show you how to walk on the runway and organize a fashion show. And if you can do it here, you will see that you will exude confidence in everyday life!

Organizing your Closet Learn the tricks of the trade to make your closet tidy and functional. You will be shown inexpensive and original ways to organize your clothes and accessories and maximize your closet space. You will love it –and so will your parents!

Show Time! In this segment you will get to show off all of your new skills to your family and friends! The most popular class of all is saved for last! This is a chance to strut your stuff, show everyone what you have learned and with the confidence of a professional model!
