Over the past 40+ years, the agency has continually evolved, expanding its roster to manage a diverse range of categories including Women, Men, New Faces, Curve, and Non-Binary talent.
Always ahead of the curve, Sutherland was at the forefront of embracing the digital revolution. In 2024, Sutherland launched their Creator Division, initially designed to service models with strong potential in the digital space. Since its inception, the division has rapidly expanded to include full-time content creators across the fashion, lifestyle, fitness, travel and sports industries.
As the worlds of fashion, entertainment, and digital media blend seamlessly together, Sutherland has continued its evolution. In June 2026, the agency became The Sutherland Network.
