Appropriately qualified artists are required to be on set to accommodate all skin tones and hair textures. SMI has a list of qualified artists at its disposal. Should the model be required to do their own hair or makeup a charge will apply.
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking will be billed at full rate.
Cancellations with more than 24 hrs notice will be billed at half rate.
Cancellation of trips or full-week confirmed bookings must be made five (5) business days prior to booking or full rate cancellation will apply.
Fitting Rate will be charged at a 1 hour minimum for more than 1 garment tried on.
Lingerie must be pre approved. Rate applies for bras, panties, briefs, boxers, sleepwear and transparent clothing.
Travel expenses must be fully reimbursed by the client within 30 days or subject to 20% agency fee.
Usage Fees are limited to specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiations.
All model releases must be pre approved by SMI.
All quoted fees are subject to 20% agency fee and applicable taxes.
