Dayle has been a force in the beauty and fashion business for over 30 years. She is the only person to have four major beauty contracts as the face and international spokesperson for L'Oreal, Revlon, Estee Lauder and Max Factor. She has written two international bestselling books on inner and outer beauty and living in balance, and has been a regular contributor for CBS The Early Show as well as writing articles pertaining to issues affecting women and girls for CNN, Huffington Post, Rebook, iVillage, Interview Magazine, Glamour and Marie As the founder and CEO of WomenOne, a non-profit focused on securing opportunities for girls to receive a quality education globally, Dayle has partnered with Duke University to create award-winning programming for Syrian refugee girls in Zaatari Camp and urban refugees in Jordan in concert with the IRC. Pre-pandemic, Dayle travelled extensively on behalf of education for girls to Jordan, Turkey, Sudan, Darfur, Angola, Congo, Rwanda, Kenya, Bolivia, India and China.
Recently, Dayle was invited by Prime Minister Trudeau to be a part of the first Gender Equality Advisory Council for the G7 raising 2.8 billion dollars for girl’s education globally. She is a co-founder of the Gender Equality Alliance, an innovative initiative bridging public and private collaboration to achieve gender parity at the highest levels of leadership.
Dayle was nominated to the Vanity Fair Hall of Fame and is on the board of VAPHER Inc., and Artemis Rising Foundation. She is a member of the international think tank, The Council on Foreign Relations based in New York City and Washington DC.
